How do I book my Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta hotel accommodation?
When you submit your completed event registration form, your requested hotel dates will be sent to the hotel. You will receive a hotel confirmation email for SugarCRM SKO FY’24 towards the middle of February.
How do I book my flight?
Flights should be booked through our travel partner TripActions and flights booked on your own will not be reimbursed.
Attendees should arrive at the hotel by 1:00 PM on Monday, February 27* in order to attend the Charity Team Building Activity at 3:00 PM. SugarCRM SKO FY’24 will conclude on Wednesday, March 1 at 4:30 PM. Departing flights should be booked for Wednesday, March 1 after 6:00 PM EST.
*APAC and Europe staff or SEs attending the sales training are permitted to arrive on Sunday, February 26, 2023. All other earlier arrivals must be pre-approved. Please send a request to sko@sugarcrm.com.
May I bring a guest?
SKO FY’24 is a SugarCRM corporate event. During designated travel / event days, Sugar attendees must participate in all SugarCRM activities. Your guests cannot attend SugarCRM activities or events. We encourage Sugar attendees not to bring spouses or additional guests during the main event days, as there are no activities planned for guests.
SugarCRM will not cover any expenses relating to your guests. You may consider extending your stay and having your guests join you then.
I am traveling internationally; do I need a Visa?
SugarCRM will reimburse you for expenses/processing fees with a visa application. However, it is your responsibility to check if you require a visa if traveling internationally. If anyone needs visa assistance, they can reach out to hrops@sugarcrm.com and for employees who may need a visa to come to the US, we strongly suggest that people do not book travel until their visa is approved.

When do I need to register for SugarCRM SKO FY’24?
You will need to complete your event registration by December 30, 2022.
I need to cancel my attendance at SKO FY’24, what do I do?
If you have a legitimate reason to cancel your attendance, please get approval from your Manager and send an email to sko@sugarcrm.com as soon as possible. Also make sure to go through TripActions to cancel your flight arrangements.
